Major labels, such as Brown Brothers, have moved some of their operations to the southern state of Tasmania where there are cooler sites for varieties such as chardonnay and pinot noir. Others

    20、are changing their varietal mix, introducing grapes from southern Italy, Sicily and Greece that are more heat- tolerant.The Jarretts have spent years adapting their winemaking business for a warmer world.
