1、合同终止解除报盘退工办理手续操作流程退工受理时间：25 日-10 日。例：办理七月退工，应在6 月 25 日至 7 月 10 日前来办理。所需资料：增减变动表一式两份加盖单位公章，退工单一式四份（若单位需要留底准备五份）加盖公章。（外地人辞职报告需两张）1.协商解除：需要协商解除劳动关系的协议书，单位盖章，员工本人签字。2.辞职：员工本人的辞职报告，需本人签字。3.违纪：要有解除劳动关系证明。单位有工会，需工会盖章。4.期满：可在合同到期日后一个月内办理。注意点：（1）以上 1.2.3 点都须出具原件。（2）退工单上档案转移去向填写：外地户籍：填原单位。本地户籍惠山区的：填惠山区。出惠山区的本

2、市人员：填户籍所在的区劳动局例南长区劳动局，北塘区劳动局。（3）之前如在无锡参保过的，退工时之前的参保档案要齐全才予以退工。（4）退工单辞职原因：代码40：劳动者提前 30日以书面形式通知用人单位解除劳动合同（辞职）。61：合同期满。22：严重违反劳动纪律或用人单位规章制度。11：协商解除，职工方提出。12：协商解除，单位方提出。140：其他原因。到社保所下发本单位业务数据，然后在劳动保障单位管理系统点击择读盘路径就读盘全选，开始读盘，读完后点击关闭。然后点击选择办理退工的人员点中，然后点击条，跳出以下窗口，读盘报盘，选，点击单位数据，跳出退工人员信息，双击退工人员信息解除合同日期以退工单日期
