First of all, smoking is not healthy, leading to lung cancer, damage organs, and weaken the immune system. In addition, smoking

    4、 pollutes the air and may cause fire accidents. Thus it has become a major threat to peoples life and property. There is some truth in both arguments, but humans life and property outweighs anything else. All in all, smoking should be banned for the sake of all peoples benefits.How to write a discur
