2、为主,欧陆早餐则仅面包、咖啡(或红茶)而已。朋友M多年前参加旅行团游美,早餐十分丰富:They serve a big breakfast of pancakes, eggs and fruit。他以为美国人早餐吃得多,但是后来在美国朋友家作客,见到他们通常在厨房中用早餐。厨房中有小桌,置于墙角,称为breakfast nook,是吃早餐用的。标准美式早餐是:juice (果汁)、toast (面包)、egg (鸡蛋)、milk (牛奶) 或者coffee (咖啡)或 tea (红茶)。面包是toast,或者roll,总之是相当简单的。有人说美国人不大讲究吃,早餐更加随便。据说一般人结婚后都会
