常见的表示例证关系的标志词语有:for example, for instance, in fact/as a matter of fact, actually, in other words/that is to say等。时间关系表示时间关系的标志词语有:now, then, afterwards, five minutes later, soon, before long, after that, meanwhile, to this

5、day, just now, just then等。 表示转折关系的标志词语有:but, however, yet, while/though/although, or/otherwise, on the contrary, instead, nevertheless (然而), still, in contrast/comparison, by comparison等。强调关系表示强调关系的标志词语有:above all, indeed, surely, certainly, of course, after all,

B 后文“Each year, a large National Day celebration is held in Beijings Tiananmen Square.(每年,北京天安门广场都会举行大型国庆庆典。)”提

C 前文“Although National Day is entered around patriotism and Chinas history, National Day is also a time of shopping.(虽然

讲述了国庆节也是购物的时间,后文“So people should put a bit of money to the side and use this as an opportunity to purchase some of the things that have been on their wish lists for a while.(因此,人们应该存一点钱,并以此为机会购买他们愿望清单上已经有一段时间的东西。)”

【典例3】(2023上江苏盐城高三盐城市伍佑中学校联考阶段练习)A favorite musical tune can fuel positive memories, boost your mood, and create a relaxing setting. 36 Here are some ways to dig into the power of music。Having trouble staying motivated during workout? 37 Re
