What exercise do you usually do? How do you make exercise a regular part of your life?S1: I do exercise every day. To be more speci
4、fic, I do small amounts of exercise whenever I can. When I study for a long time, I get out of my chair and stretch my arms or legs. I run in the school playground for a while during class breaks. I believe one can fit exercise into their daily schedule as long as they are determined enough.S2: I wo
5、rk out five times a week. I play basketball with my friends on Monday and Wednesday. I do workout routines with my friends in the school playground such as squats, push-ups and burpees by following an app called “Keep” on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
