1、Module 5Rsums and Information About People选修写作教程小资料简历，顾名思义，就是对个人学历、经历、特长、爱好及其他情况所作的简明扼要的书 面介绍。简历是个人形象，包括资历与能力的书面表述，对于求职者而言，是必不可少的一种应用文。推荐信是一个人为推荐另一个人去接受某个职位或参与某项工作而写的信件，是一种应用写作文体。特定含义下指本科生或硕士研究生到其他（一般是国外）大学研究生院攻读硕士或博士学位时，请老师所写的推荐信。一般说来美国的研究生院要求提供3封推荐信，信件作者应该熟悉学生，并且有一定知名度。自荐信（Self Recommendation Lett

13、SUME”字样即可.2.写简历的日期:一般在标题下一行,靠右边写上写简历的具体日期.如“Dec.12,2010”月份可以缩写,月日同年之间要用逗号.3.personal date(个人资料):name(姓名)、address(通讯地址)、postal code(邮政编码)、phone number(电话号码)、birthdate(出生日期)、birthplace(出生地点)、sex(性别)、height(身高)、weight(体重)、health(健康状况)、date of availability(可到职日期)、number of identification card(身份证号码).因为是

20、完全不可以.4.忌不利因素:简历的原则是不要撒谎,没有可以不写,但不可以骗人.二、自荐信1.开头.开头部分你要交代清楚你是谁.2.自我推荐这一部分,要直奔主题.这一部分的目标就是通过展现你的各方面的能力把你的申请理由陈列出来.3.语言客观实际.不要过分渲染自己尤其不要说出与事实不符的能力或特性来.4.求职信在写作特点上主要用第一人称;时态可多种:动词的一般现在时、现在完成时,一般过去时.5.在行文、用词上要表现出自信、恳切、礼貌的态度,语言简明扼要,应该充分显示出你是一个乐观、有责任心、有创造力和通情达理的人.6.结尾部分要把假如成功后的做法说明,并附上I am looking forward
