1、单词的意义、搭配及其运用是高中英语词汇教学的主要内容，其中一些词义的辨析是很令人头疼的，而且也很难记得明白。但如果能在一个句子中将几个词的词义差异部分同时展示出来，这样的例句在英语的教学中起着事半功倍的作用。如：1、Hunting is allowed in this area, though not officially permitted.这个地区是可以狩猎的，尽管法律上不允许。allow指“听凭”，“不禁止”，含有消极的意味。permit指正式地“允许”或根据法律规定“许可”, 比allow来得积极。2、I received his gift from him, but I didnt
