    15、lth clinictreat childrenin developing countrieswere affected by HIV/AIDSIt was heart-breaking.Children died because we didnt have_.J:Oh,how sad.M:Yes.but Im glad to say,things are getting better there.nowadays there are _ for HIV treatment that are having very good results.J:Thats excellent news.The

    16、n,_,you went to the Sudan.Lets talk about your work there.M:Well,you could say that the conditions were_.It could be unbelievably hot.one day I remember it reached_!programmesin 2001rather challenging56 Celsiusenough medicinesAnd then when the rains came,getting to our clinics was nearly impossible.
