Officials in Panama city, Florida and Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Alabama close their beaches, because of the high surf and dangerous rip currents. Under the current track, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana

But forecasters believe Debby will strengthen into a hurricane over the next few days and march west to Texas as always predicting a storms path and intensity isnt in exact science.
