12、nt noodles, the demand for novel noodle products is so big that producers introduce 600 new flavors a year. While not nutritious, instant noodles are a hunger killer for low-income populations. The fat contained in the noodles keeps you feeling full longer. Once you add water, instant noodles become
13、 soup that provides longer feeling of fullness than noodles alone. And that helps explain why the noodles have become main products of the hungry world. But why cant the urban poor eat something more nutritious than this highly processed food? The reality is that in any cities, the poor lack alterna
