People are most likely to be angry when treated unfairly, especially when we are betrayed by a close friend, or be tricked by someone. When people are looked down upon or treated with contempt, they will surel
2、y be angry. When people witness some injustices, they will get angry. For example, when we see a child being bullied by a group of hoodlums(恶棍), it makes our blood boil. There are countless reasons people get angry. But remember what Aristotle said, “Anybody can become angrythat is easy; but to be a
3、ngry with the right person, and to the right degree, and at the right time, and for the right purpose, and in the right waythat is not within everybodys power and is not easy.” Discussion :What would you do when you feel upset?Everyone can feel a bit down and sad sometimes. Here are some ways to che
4、er up!Step 1Call up a friend to talk about it to get your mind off it. Step 2Watch a funny movie, preferably one that youve already seen and liked. Or, watch a sad one, that will make you think huh, my life isnt as bad as theirs!”Step 3Exercise. Go for a walk, a jog, or a bike ride. Doing this will
5、make your body relaxed.Step 4Be spontaneous (随心所欲). Sometimes a consistent and boring routine can make you feel bad. Do something out of the routine, but dont make any rush decisions.Step 5Think about good memories. If youve lived through them once, then you can definitely have them again. Things ma
6、y seem bad right now, but it doesnt mean that tomorrow will still be the same. Step 6Take a shower. You will feel happier and refreshed.Step 7Get out of the house! Dont listen to sad musictry listening to energetic tunes or a song that inspires you or reminds you of good times.Step 9Have a good cry. 8、 yourself to be happy. Try to let the tears out at the most appropriate time, mainly the best time when you are alone.
