    18、 died.To be in bed with your head:This is used to describe someone who has gone to bed because he/she has a headache.To upset the apple cart:This means that someone has caused trouble or upset someones plans.Dead on:This means “exactly right”,“perfect”,or shows that someone agrees with what youve sa
