I have made lots of new friends which makes me happy.)3. 教师活动:介绍电子邮件的写作方法。电子邮件(email)与一般的信件一样,也包括信头、正文和结尾部分。它具有阅读方便、传递快捷以及内容比较简短的特点。1. 必须在“收件人(To)”框中输入收件人的email地址,如Toml998。“主题(Subject)”框最好不要空着,它应是邮件内容的简明概括,可以是一个单词、一个短语,也可以是一个完整的句子。2. email正文前的称呼。在同辈的亲
8、朋好友或同事间可直呼其名,如Tommy,但对长辈或上级最好使用头衔加上姓氏,如Prof. Smith。写电子邮件要直接,并多用短句,使意思清楚。当然,对重点部分要进行详细介绍。太长的内容可以以附件的形式发出。3. 视邮件正式与否选择合适的结尾。与书面信函不同的是,email的结尾可不署名,尤其是给朋友、同学等熟人的email;同时无须写出时间;邮件末尾的客套话通常也只需要一两个词,如Thanks, Best wishes等。在书面表达中,电子邮件的开头和结尾一般会给出,这在某种程度上降低了难度,考生只需写好正文部分,展现出自己的语言水平就可以了。写好电子邮件还需注意以下几点:1. 要准确使用人
9、称和时态。书面表达对人称、时态的准确使用有严格的要求。人称和时态的误用是电子邮件类书面表达中最为常见的错误。避免此类错误是提高写作水平的基础。2. 要点要全面,句式运用要灵活。理顺要点,防止漏写、乱写以保证内容的完整性和准确性,然后按照理顺的要点用出彩的短语或句型将意思完整地表达出来。此外,语言表达要具有多样性,既要使用简单句,也要使用结构复杂的复合句;措辞要有讲究,既要会使用普通词语,也要能使用高级词汇。3. 注意有效衔接。恰当地使用衔接词,如however, whats more, and, but, first, then等,使文章过渡自然,增强文章的连贯性、流畅性和可读性。写作技巧:1
