Today, your digital self includes your social media accounts, usernames and passwords. Possibly the most terrible thing is that your smartphone records the location data of your daily life as you carry it around. There are serious consequences to the skyrocketing amount of data. A number of companies look to profit from it. Besides, it has also given online crimes new opportunities to use your personal details for all kinds of online tricks.
