1、牛津高中英语教学设计单 元：Unit 3 The world of colours and light板 块：Reading 1Thoughts on the design:本课是阅读教学，阅读的主要目的是通过对文本的研读获取必要的信息，通过skimming & scanning等技巧，培养学生快速捕捉信息的能力，再通过careful reading帮助学生更好地理解一些著名的欧洲绘画大师及他们的主要作品，在阅读过程中，适时指导学生如何更有效地阅读传记方面的文章。通过设计相关的练习，检测和巩固学生对课文的理解，帮助学生宏观把握全文和复述课文。讨论部分的设置是帮助学生走出课本，升华学生对艺术的欣

2、赏和追求，达到使用目标语言之目的。本部分分为两课时，第一课时主要侧重文本信息的处理；第二课时是对语言本身的探讨，并在此基础上活化学生的语言运用能力。Teaching aims:After learning this period, the students will be able to:1. understand the given email introducing five famous masters of art in Europe;2. learn about the strategy of “ reading a travelogue”;3. Preview the language points in reading part.第一步的设置主要调动学生的兴趣和积极性，以及由此自然、快速地切入到阅读内容；通过第二步骤的快速阅读，能帮助学生迅速把握住文章主要内容以及文章结构，消除学生的紧张感和生疏感；第三步的细读及回答问题能更好地帮助学生把握内容细节,但比较琐碎。所以，通过下一步的听读以及完成表格，能让学生带着任务去听，又能帮助其抓住文章的主干部分，即绘画大师的主要生平和作品，在完成表格中，体现学生间的合作和相互学习。所有前四个步骤的开展都是为了让学生走进课本内容，最后的艺术欣赏则是帮学生走出课本，提高艺术鉴赏力，在此过程中认识到艺术在生活中的作用与地位，并由此引入写作。
