2、网球更令人兴奋。 注意事项：进行比较的两个人或事物必须属于同一类，非同类的人或事物一般不能进行比较，否则容易造成逻辑错误。进行比较时，切忌一方包含另一方，从而造成自身与自身的比较。你们的教室比我们的教室明亮。误：Your classroom is brighter than us. 正：Your classroom is brighter than ours.兄弟几个中，汤姆个子最高。误：Tom is taller than any of the brothers. 正：Tom is taller than any of his brothers. 2. 副词的基本用法 副词的定义：修饰动词、

3、形容词、其他副词或整个句子，用来说明事情发生的时间、地点、原因、方式等含义的词叫做副词。 副词的分类和作用：英语中的副词一般分为时间、地点、方式、程度副词等几类，在句子中主要用来修饰动词、形容词、副词和整个句子。如：He is reading English loudly. 他正在大声地读英语。My father works very hard. 我父亲工作得非常努力。Luckily, it was not so hot. 幸运的是，天气没有那么热。 副词的位置：副词修饰动词时，放在动词之后，如果动词带有宾语，则放在宾语之后；副词修饰形容词和副词时，放在形容词和副词的前面；副词修饰整个句子时，

4、放在句首。如：She speaks English well. 她英语说得很好。/ It is a rather difficult job. 这是一个相当困难的工作。He runs very fast. 他跑得非常快。/Finally, he succeeded. 最后他成功了 副词的构成：多数副词是由形容词加后缀构成的。其变化有以下几种形式。一般由形容词词尾加-ly变成副词。如：quickquickly, suddensuddenly, realreally, slowslowly等。以“辅音字母+y”结尾的要变y为i再加-ly。如：luckyluckily, happyhappily,

5、angryangrily等。以元音字母加辅音字母+e结尾的重读开音节，直接加-ly。如：safesafely, widewidely, politepolitely等。以元音字母加+e结尾，去e再加-ly。如：truetruly等。以辅音字母加-le结尾，去e再加-y。如：possiblepossibly, terribleterribly等。形容词与副词同形。如：fast, high, hard, early等。形容词与副词异形。如：goodwell等。3. 副词的比较级： 副词比较级的构成：副词和形容词一样也有比较级。副词比较级的规则变化和形容词一样。 形容词和副词比较级的用法：形容词比较

6、级通常用于连系动词之后或名词之前；副词比较级用于实义动词之后。My bedroom is bigger than yours. 我的卧室比你的大。My brother has more books than I. 我哥哥的书比我的多。Lucy writes English more carefully than before. 露西写英语比以前更认真。The + 比较级，the + 比较级. 表示“越就越”。如：The busier he is, the happier he feels. 他越忙越高兴。 The more you study, the more you know. 你学习越多
