The State Department says Clinton telephoned Suu Kyi last night, both agreed the progress made in Myanmar in recent months remains fragile. Clinton says its sanction authorities will remain in place a

10、indham reports Dimon has told at investor conference in New York that JP Morgan will still earn a profit of about 8 billion.Dimon says the suspension of stock buybacks is not related to the trading loss, but instead its part of an effort to booster the firms reserves to meet the new international ca

11、pital requirements called the Basel Three rules, which are aimed at making the financial system safer. Dimon has in the past criticized those rules as anti-American. GP Morgan had been given permission to buyback 12-billion dollars in stock this year and three-billion next year, following stress tes
