5、r children.Besides,kids between the ages of 13 and 16 were not allowed to go outside after 10 pm in winter or after midnight in summer.Today,Iceland has the lowest rate (比率) of teen drug abuse in Europe.In 1998,before Youth Iceland,42% of 15- and 16-year-olds reported getting drunk.Last year,that nu
