4、n of a roadmap for political transition in Syria.Professor Xue Qingguo from Beijing Foreign Studies University says the suggestion shows that China does not take sides in Syria but supports any actions that can lead to a political solution on the issue.Domestically, the Syrian government has a large

7、nctions on Syria.Former United Nations Secretary Kofi Annan, who is currently in Singapore in a dialogue session, says China and Russia were hesitant on the resolution because they were shocked by what happened in Libya.Former Ambassador Hua Liming says Chinas decision is in the interest of the peac
