    1、Unit4 My home第五课时(Lets learn Lets play Lets check)教学目标1. 学生能听、说、认读Lets learn里的单词: bed,sofa,phone,table,fridge。2. 学生能熟练运用句型“Where are the? Theyre”询问复数物品位置并做出回答。3. 能通过Lets play的游戏进一步巩固所学的家居设施名称,并用方位词描述它们的位置。4. 能完成Lets check的练习。教学重点1.学生能听、说、认读Lets learn里的单词。2.会用介词短语表达物品所处的位置,并在对话中运用单词和介词短语。教学难点学生能熟练运用句

    2、型“Where are the? They are”询问物品位置并做出回答。教学准备教师准备文具、钥匙、家居设施的图片、录音、课件等。学生准备文具、四线三格英文本等。教学过程Step 1: Warm-up1. 师生自由对话,活跃课堂气氛。2. 复习B部分Lets talk 的对话,学生们表演对话,可以按课本,也可以改编对话。Step 2: Presentation1. Teach the words in“Lets learn”.教师引导学生对各个房间进行简单的描述,如教师问:Whats in the living room? 鼓励学生用完整句子进行表述:Two chairs are in t

    3、he living room.然后教师指着沙发说: A sofa is in the living room.进行sofa一词的教学。教师用同样的方法教学新单词: bed,table,phone,fridge,注意引导学生利用发音规则记忆单词的音和形。2. 游戏: 一闪而过教师快速地闪现刚学的单词: sofa,bed,table,phone,fridge的单词卡或图片。学生看图,快速地说出单词,看哪组学生又快又对。然后教师呈现Lets learn板块的图片,同桌结对猜一猜: Where are the keys? Are they on/in/under/near?学生通过仔细观察得出答案:

    4、They are on the fridge. 3. Teach“Lets play”. Lets play部分是一个接龙游戏,教师可让学生四人一组描述房间图片,巩固所学新词。学生对话示范如下:A: Look at that room. B: Look at that room. It has a blue bed.C: Look at that room. It has a blue bed. The bed is near the window.D: Look at that room.It has a blue bed. The bed is near the window. The s

Finish “Lets check”.Step 3: Practice1. 游戏: 少了什么 教师用图片呈现一个房间,如:卧室。请学生仔细观察卧室的设施约15秒钟,然后快速隐去其中一样东西,教师问: Whats missing?请学生说出图中少了什么,以此类推,可以用书房、客厅的图片进行操练。2. 活动: Listen and draw.本课时的单词图片比较简单,学生能够用简笔画快速画出。教师说单词,学生画出该单词的简笔画,可以让几个学生画在黑板上,然后让学生看图说话。如:The bed is big. The fridge is near t

    6、he sofa.3. 游戏: 眼疾手快教师让五个学生到教室前面,每人拿一张单词卡片,面向全班同学。教师请一个学生站起来读一个单词。手持这个单词卡片的学生应马上举起该单词卡片,全班学生再大声朗读一遍。为增加竞争性,如果手持卡片的学生举错或没举起来,可以换人。Step 4: Extension1. Extend some knowledge about western houses.(拓展关于西方国家的房子的知识)西方国家的住房一般都有车库garage,阳台porch 和地下室basement,有时还会有阁楼attic或花园 garden。2. Extend“Lets play”.可让学生拓展Le

    7、ts play的活动。如学生可根据某个具体的居室进行接龙描述。如:A: Look at the study. B: Look at the study. It has a nice desk.C: Look at the study. It has a nice desk. The computer is on the desk.D: Step 5: Sum-up师生以一首小歌谣总结本节课重点内容,并对所学单词进行书写练习。Bed,phone,sofa,table,fridge,chair. They are all in my room.Step 6: Homework回家后用英文向父母介绍家里的家居设施。板书设计Unit4 My homeWhere are the keys?Theyre on the fridge.Look at that room. It has .教学反思本课时通过直观的图片,向学生们新授了几个表示家居设施的单词。这些物品与学生们的日常生活息息相关,学生们学起来兴趣浓厚。遵循英语教学中的“词不离句”原则,在新授单词时,以句型操练的形式进行巩固。为了让学生更多地运用所学的单词和句型,教师需创设各种不同的情景。本课时的教学效果较好,以后的词汇教学也会以此方式进行。
