21、问句1. when为疑问副词，常用来询问时间，意为“什么时候”。When is sb.s birthday?是用来询问某人生日是何时的常用句型，意为“的生日是什么时候？”其答语为：Sb.s birthday/Its+日期，这里sb.s要用形容词性物主代词或名词所有格。When is her birthday?她的生日是什么时候？Her birthday is on August 9th.她的生日是8月9日。2. 名词所有格表示“某人的”，通常是 “名词+s”。二、 序数词1. 概念：表示事物的顺序的数词叫做序数词，它的作用相当于名词或形容词。2. 构成：（1） 变异类：onefirst第一；t

22、wosecond第二；threethird第三。（2） 普通类：第四至第十九均在相应的基数词后加-th,但第五（fifth）和第十二（twelfth）均把基数词five和twelve词尾的ve改为f,再加-th。基数词eight的序数词，直接在后加-h,即eighth。基数词nine的序数词，将词尾的e去掉，再加-th,即ninth。（3） “ty类”：即以“ty”结尾的整十的序数词是把对应基数词的最后一个字母y变成i,再加-eth。如：twentytwentieth；fortyfortieth（4） 几十几类：表示“几十几”的基数词变序数词时，只将个位变成序数词，十位数不变。如：twenty
