The loss of her father made her re-evaluate her own lifes work. Drawing from her travel experiences, she came up with the idea to create AAI.Her example became an inspiration to other flight attendants. When two others joined Nancy on her second trip, Airline Ambassadors was born. Today over 3000 volunteers have found joy in delivering donations all over the world.
