Now lets listen a song ,its from Michecle Jackson, Heal the world”Step8.Summary.其实,任何一门学科都离不开死记硬背,关键是记忆有技巧,“死记”之后会“活用”。不记住那些基础知识,怎么会向高层次进军?尤其是语文学科涉猎的范围很广,要真正提高学生的写作水平,单靠分析文章的写作技巧是远远不够的,必须从基础知识抓起,每天挤一点时间让学生“死记”名篇佳句、名言警句,以及丰富的词语、新颖的材料等。这样,就会在有限的时间、空间里给学生的脑海里注入无限的内容。日积月累,积少成多,从而收到水滴石穿,绳锯木断的功效。 What

27、一篇关于联合国和联合国大厦的对话。整篇课文语句不难，新单词也不多，而学生们对联合国的知识还是比较缺乏，我没有直接进入课文而是，通过要给学生展示一些中国和英国的景点，让学生在讨论这些景点的同时运用I wan to和Do you want to句型。然后，设计了孩子们都熟悉的超人。在超人的带领下，了解联合国大厦外围和内部的的图片，了解关于联合国或联合国大厦的信息，联合国在哪里？多少个国家参加了联合国？中国参加了联合国吗？中国送给联合国的礼物是什么，以及关于这件礼物的故事。孩子们就像身临其境的来到了联合国，跟随着图片和我的讲解，孩子们从完全不了解到慢慢走近，再到了解联合国的历史。学习的兴趣提高了。求

28、知的的欲望增强了，整个班级学习气氛浓厚。高年级的孩子们在学习上有了更高的追求，他们不仅要知其然还要知其所以然。他们喜欢听课文“背后的故事”。看起来耽误时间的解说，阐述。却能真正激发孩子在学习英语课文时的兴趣，他们会更关注自己喜欢的词汇用英语怎么说。于是学得更认真，更带劲。一般说来，“教师”概念之形成经历了十分漫长的历史。杨士勋（唐初学者，四门博士）春秋谷梁传疏曰：“师者教人以不及，故谓师为师资也”。这儿的“师资”，其实就是先秦而后历代对教师的别称之一。韩非子也有云：“今有不才之子师长教之弗为变”其“师长”当然也指教师。这儿的“师资”和“师长”可称为“教师”概念的雏形，但仍说不上是名副其实的“教师”，因为“教师”必须要有明确的传授知识的对象和本身明确的职责。
