18、光飞逝，转眼间又到了新的一年，回顾这一年的工作历程，我在局党组的领导下，在全局同志的鼎力支持和配合下，按照各级组织的工作思路、目标、任务，立足本职，勤奋努力、拼搏向上，积极展开工作，圆满完成了自己所负责分管的各项工作任务。以下是我的述职报告：尊敬的各位领导、同志们：大家好!日月如梭、时光飞逝，转眼间又到了新的一年，回顾这一年的工作历程，我在局党组的领导下，在全局同志的鼎力支持和配合下，按照各级组织的工作思路、目标、任务，立足本职，勤奋努力、拼搏向上，积极展开工作，圆满完成了自己所负责分管的各项工作任务。在辞旧迎新之际，就我分管的注册登记、企业个体监督管理工作向各位领导和同志们作以下述职：一、增

19、强素质，提高修养，完善自我为了适应新形势下工商工作需要，一年来，始终把学习放在重要位置，努力在提高自身综合素质上下功夫。在政治学习方面，通过学习邓小平理论及“三个代表”重要思想，尤其是学习“十六”大精神，进一步增强了党性，提高了自己政治洞察力，牢固树立了全心全意为人民服务的宗旨和正确的世界观、人生观、价值观;在业务学习方面，繁忙工作之余，能挤出时间自学，系统地学习社会主义市场经济、领导科学、系列法规及环境保护、网络文化、安全生产等分管科室的业务知识，学中干，干中学，不断更新知识结构，拓宽知识层面，提高理论层次，增强自身领导的才能。同时，抽出时间到基层工商所了解布置的工作与实际中存在的问题，找出

20、解决的办法，为以后工作的顺利开展奠定了基础。二、立足本职，勤奋努力，做好主角在领导班子中，一把手唱主角，副职唱配角。但在分管的工作上，副职更要立足本职，恪尽职守，做好分管工作的主角，这才能唱好全局工作的整台戏。一年来，我在局党组和局长的领导下，在同志们的大力支持和配合下，真抓实干、克难奋进、开拓创新，充分发挥决策、指挥、协调的优势和能力，带领分管科室的同志们圆满、全面地完成了各项工作任务。一是狠抓思想政治工作。要求企业登记、监督管理工作的同志严格执行上级有关规定，廉洁执法，按规定收取各种规费。同时，积极参加县局创建百佳文明单位活动，响应团县委的号召，捐学费和学习用具资助璧城街道办事处牛角湾社区

21、的柯丽同学就学，通过深化“青年文明号”的创建工作，增强了同志们的服务意识和责任心，促进了同志之间的团结，凝聚了人心，激发了争先创优的工作热情。同志们为完成县局的企业信用数据录入工作，在保证正常上下班工作秩序的前提下，利用上班、中午、晚上和星期(六)天休息时间，录入完了xx年1月1日以来各类企业的设立、变更、注销、吊销登记信息，计3660户。从而保证了县局信用录入工作的顺利完成，得到了市局信用办的肯定。二是狠抓业务素质。今年，我以市局的企业登记审查员、核准员的资格考试为契机，组织全局58名同志参加资格考试，采取集中培训与脱产自学相结合的方式，系统的学习了公司法、企业法人登记管理暂行条例、合伙企业法、个人独资企业法、城乡个体工商户暂行条例和行政许可法，以及市局制定的*市企业注册登记工作规范、*市个体工商户注册登记工作规范、*市企业名称核准规则等法律法规，从而使我们的登记人员更加全面的掌握登记业务知识，明确登记的工作制度，增强了法制意识。也顺利的通过了市局的资格考试，参考的58名同志有17名取得企业登记核准员资格，有41名取得企业登记审查员资格。根据我局企业登记的实际情况，于xx年8月1日聘任2名同志为核准员、聘任9名同志为审查员。一年来，新办理企业登记229户;新办理个体工商户763户。
