during the coronavirus outbreak指的是在病毒爆发期间,而后边的because又说了农民工滞留于家乡,两者结合可知他的送货量应该是下降的。

前文的“partial lockdown/部分封锁”和后文“leaving only one gate open for residents to come out/只留下一扇大门外出”都暗示了道路应该处于一种封锁的

。buy up/买断,tie up/捆绑,weigh up/称重,均与语境不符。

Having a hobby brings joy and enriches our lives.
