7、e as it is the first sloth born in the zoos 85 year history!Baby Sloth Born at Dudley ZooWhat are Linns two-toed sloths?Linns two-toed sloths are one of six species of sloths.Just like the Hoffmanns sloth,they have two claws on their arms,which can grow up to 7.5cm long.All other species have three

8、claws.They use their claws to live upside down in the trees of tropical rainforests in Central America and northern South America.Illustration:Flo and her baby.The babys parents are three-year-old Flo and six-year-old Reggie.Keepers suspected that Flo was having a baby in her first few months of pre

9、gnancy.Richard Brown works at Dudley Zoo.He said,“Unlike other species,it was difficult to guess if Flo was pregnant.”Keepers confirmed that Flo was pregnant and were keeping a close eye on her.That is why they were shocked to discover that the baby had been born without them noticing.Richard said,“
