Today we have Dr Tony with us to talk about how to plan a schedule.M:Well, the good way to start is to make a plan for each day of the week and then try to balance your time so
23、you can include everything. Here are some guidelines that may help you.First, we start with the twentyfour hours we all have in every day. If we take out eight hours for our sleep time, that leaves sixteen hours to divide among the other activities. Attendance at school takes about six hours and hom
24、ework about two, for a total of eight. That leaves us eight hours for sports, work and free time. Remember, those guidelines are flexible and you must adjust them to your particular needs.Weekends are different since we dont have to attend school.
